Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the impact of religiosity and Eid al-Fitr holiday allowance on official performance is mediated by welfare as a mediation variable. This is a kind of explanatory research that describes the relationship between variables. By using purposive sampling, provided that the informant is a national-scale private employee, an internationally-scale privately employed employee, or an employee of a state-owned enterprise agency (BUMN), The data was collected through the dissemination of the questionnaire through the Google Form, and 124 valid data points were obtained. Then the data is analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the data analysis concluded that (1) religiosity has a positive and significant impact on welfare, (2) religiosity has a positive and significant impact on performance, (3) Eid al-Fitr holiday allowance has a positive and significant impact on welfare, (4) Eid al-Fitr holiday allowance has a positive and significant impact on performance,  (5) welfare has a positive and significant impact on performance, (6) welfare mediates a positive and significant relationship between religiosity and performance, (7) welfare mediates a positive and significant relationship between Eid al-Fitr holiday allowance and performance.
