Abstract
This study aims to analyze the efficiency and risks associated with gen Z's interest in sharia digital transactions in Parepare City. In today's digital era, transactions through digital platforms are increasingly popular and have become an inseparable part of everyday life. However, the efficiency and risks associated with digital transactions are still a major focus. The research method used in this article is a survey involving gen Z in Parepare City. Data was collected through questionnaires and then processed using regression processed in SPSS. The results of the analysis show that efficiency of use and risk affect the interest in sharia digital transactions, most gen Z have experience in conducting digital transactions. They generally use digital platforms such as e-wallets, internet banking, and various online payment applications. The efficiency of digital transactions is highly rated by respondents, especially in terms of ease, speed and convenience. Nonetheless, risks related to data security and privacy are still a major concern. This study provides advice to generation z in Parepare City to raise awareness regarding the risks associated with digital transactions. It is recommended that they take appropriate security measures.
